Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website personaluecrafti.cv and the services provided by Personaluecrafti, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services Description
Personaluecrafti provides event decoration services including but not limited to:
- Custom decor design and consultation
- Photo zone and backdrop construction
- Rental of decorative items, letters, and props
- On-site setup and teardown services
- Corporate branding and event styling
Booking and Payment
Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from us.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Deposit may be applied to a future booking within 12 months
- Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event: 50% of total cost forfeited
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: 100% of total cost forfeited
We reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate event details and venue information
- Ensuring venue access for setup and teardown at agreed times
- Obtaining necessary permissions from the venue for our installations
- Informing us of any venue restrictions or requirements
- Protecting rental items from damage during the event
Damage and Liability
Clients are responsible for any damage to rental items beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly. We carry liability insurance, but we are not responsible for damages to venue property caused by third parties.
Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Personaluecrafti remain our intellectual property. Photos of our installations may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Website Use
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not:
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Use the website for any fraudulent purpose
- Transmit harmful code or interfere with website functionality
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personaluecrafti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
